How Credits Work
Your agent runs on a credit allowance. Every action — from a quick chat to a phone call — draws from the same pool. Here's exactly what each feature costs.
1The basics
One pool, every feature
Chat, email, phone calls, photos — everything draws from the same credit balance. Use your credits however you like.
Subscriptions reset monthly
On a subscription? Credits refresh each billing period. Gift credits are a one-time pool — use them at your own pace.
Top up anytime
Running low mid-month? Grab a one-time top-up pack starting at $5.
2Credit cost per feature
All costs are approximate — actual usage varies based on message length and complexity.

?Common questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your agent will let you know you're running low. You can either wait for the monthly reset or grab a top-up pack to keep going immediately.
Why do some features cost more?
Features like phone calls, photos, and videos use external AI services (voice AI, image generation) that have their own costs. Chat messages only use the language model, which is much cheaper.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — credits reset on the 1st of each month. We set limits generously so most users never come close to running out.
Can I see my current usage?
Yes — ask your agent "how many credits do I have left?" and they'll tell you exactly where you stand.
What are "weighted" credits?
Credits are normalised so that 1 credit = 1 token on our cheapest model. If you're on a higher-tier model, each API token costs more credits — but the default model (Claude Haiku) is a 1:1 ratio.
